Delivery

We deliver most parcel shipments via GLS courier service.
RABEN courier company handles pallet orders.
Delivery time:

We usually ship shipments within 24 hours of placing an order.
In case of prepayment, we process orders after the payment is credited to our account.
Delivery by courier usually takes 1-2 business days.
Pallet shipments usually take 3-4 business days.
In high season, the shipping time may be longer. You can get detailed information about the expected shipping time at any time by contacting us by phone or email.
Delivery costs
Within Poland:

20 zł gross per parcel (max. 30 kg), in which the dimensions fit, for example, two large suitcases or two sets of suitcases.
22 zł gross for a parcel on delivery.
International shipping costs:

Determined individually based on the price list of the courier company GLS or RABEN.
Special conditions for dropshipping customers

Dropshipping customers can send their own labels for orders to the following email address: b2b@wingsbrand.com.
The cost of processing an order with your own label is 8 PLN gross.
